About NHNA Membership

The North Highlands Neighborhood Association (NHNA) is a volunteer organization dedicated to making our neighborhood stronger while fostering a sense of community.  NHNA is NOT a required HOA. Your annual dues support our volunteer neighborhood association, including all NHNA events and projects! All North Highlands residents who have made a commitment to either 1) pay annual dues or 2) provide at least 2 hours of sweat equity at an NHNA-sponsored event have voting privileges at all North Highlands Neighborhood Association (NHNA) general meetings.

Member Dues
Annual dues are $20 per household. Instead of dues, members may opt to pledge 2 hours of sweat equity at a neighborhood event.
